What people ask before they message me.
Why hand-check captions instead of using auto-captions?
Because auto-captions get Punjabi names wrong, and your audience notices immediately. Hand-timing takes me longer and costs you almost nothing extra.
How do I send you the footage?
Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox — whatever you already use. Shoot horizontally if you can, and do not delete the originals until we finish.
What if I do not like the first cut?
Two rounds of changes are included on the first video. Tell me in a voice note with timestamps — that is faster than typing for both of us.
Do you edit in Punjabi?
Yes. Captions, on-screen text and pacing for a Punjabi-speaking audience, in Gurmukhi rather than transliterated English.
