When the business needs software, not a brochure.
A booking system, a quoting calculator, a dispatch board, an internal dashboard. Logins, a database and an admin panel, built around the way your business already works rather than the way an app thinks it should.
Everything included, written out.
- A custom admin dashboard built for your workflow
- Secure login and access control, with roles if you need them
- Up to three core modules — the things the tool actually does
- Database setup, structured so it can grow
- Works properly on a phone as well as a desktop
- Basic reports and export to spreadsheet
- Testing and deployment
- 30 days of technical support after launch
- Hosting and paid third-party APIs, billed to you directly
- Native mobile apps — that is the mobile application package
- Ongoing feature development after the first 30 days
- Migrating thousands of old records by hand
Need any of these? Say so on WhatsApp and I price it before we start. Nothing is added to your invoice afterwards.
The businesses I do this for most.
Driving schools
Bookings, instructor calendars, package tracking and payment status in one place.
Trucking and dispatch
Loads, drivers, documents and compliance dates that stop living in a spreadsheet.
Trades quoting daily
A calculator that prices a job consistently, so quotes stop depending on who answered the phone.
Anyone running on spreadsheets
When two people edit the same sheet and it goes wrong, that is the moment this pays for itself.
Running today.
Four steps, all of them on WhatsApp.
- 01 · MESSAGE
You send a WhatsApp
Tell me what the business does. A price and a date come back in under ten minutes. No call, no form, no deck.
- 02 · BUILD
I build it
50% up front, then I work. Nothing you have already sent gets asked for twice.
- 03 · REVIEW
You see it on a link
Changes over WhatsApp, as a list or a voice note. Most jobs need one round.
- 04 · LAUNCH
It goes live
Balance on approval. Every login and source file is handed to you.
What people ask before they message me.
How do you price something you have not built yet?
Two or three questions on WhatsApp about what the tool must do, then a fixed price and a fixed date in writing. If the scope changes later, I quote the change before building it.
What counts as one module?
One coherent job the tool does — bookings, invoicing, inventory. Three covers most first versions, and it is usually smarter to launch with three and add the fourth once real users have told you what they need.
Will I be locked in to you?
No. The code and the database are yours, on hosting in your own name. Any developer can pick it up, and I write things down so they can.
Can it talk to software I already use?
Usually yes — accounting, calendars, payment providers. Each integration is from ₹15,000, depending on how cooperative the other system is.
Tell me what the tool has to do. I will scope it in a few messages.
No deposit is taken from a message, and there is no call unless you want one. If I think you do not need this yet, I will say so.
