When you message Creative Deep, you are messaging the person who will design your site, write the words on it and hand you the logins — not a receptionist, not a salesperson. Gurwinder builds the heavier backend work with me. Two people, no layers, which is why the work is fast and the price is what it is.

You are not paying for fewer hours. You are paying for fewer people.

Because I live in India and my costs are Indian, while my work is judged by Canadian clients. That is the entire answer, and I would rather say it plainly than let you wonder.

A local agency quoting you CAD $3,000 is not necessarily overcharging. They are paying for an office, a project manager, a salesperson and the hour they spent in a meeting with you. None of that ends up on your website. I have none of it, so none of it is in your invoice.

What I do have is a hundred builds of practice on exactly this kind of site — a trade, a restaurant, a bookstore, a driving school — which is why three days is a real number and not a marketing one.

And the honest limit: I take a small number of builds at a time, and I am the wrong choice for a project that needs weekly meetings, a procurement process, or a signed statement of work with a legal department attached. If that is your situation, hire the agency.

I answer fast, or I say when I can

Under ten minutes on WhatsApp during my working hours, which run into your evening. If I am mid-build and cannot reply properly, you get a one-line message saying when I will.

No meeting unless you want one

Most of my clients run a business during the day. Typing beats a scheduled call, and it leaves a record both of us can scroll back through when something is disputed.

I do not nickel-and-dime small changes

Revisions until you are happy with what was scoped. Moving a button, fixing a typo, swapping a photo two weeks later — that is not a billable event, it is just the job.

You leave with everything

Logins, files, domain, hosting — all in your name from day one. Nobody should be able to hold a business hostage over a password, including me.

Brampton, Surrey, Calgary, Regina, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Melbourne and Perth so far. Time zones have never been the problem people expect — my afternoon is your night, so work happens while you sleep.

Owner-run businesses
