Payments & Refund Policy
Simple, honest terms — agreed before we start, so there are never surprises later.

1. Payment Terms
All projects at Creative Deep begin with a 50% advance payment of the agreed quote. Work starts only after this advance is received. The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the completed work, before the final website files are delivered, the site goes live on your domain, or admin access is handed over.
- Quotes are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any payment is made.
- Prices are fixed for the agreed scope. Additional pages, features, or services requested later are quoted separately.
- Accepted payment methods are shared at the time of the quote and may include bank transfer, UPI, and international payment options.
2. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Costs
Hosting is charged separately and is not included in website design or development charges. The same applies to domains, premium plugins, premium themes, stock assets, email services, and any other third-party subscriptions your project requires. These are either purchased directly by you or billed to you at cost — you always own these accounts and renewals are your responsibility.
3. Refund Policy
Creative Deep operates a strict no-refund policy. Payments made — including the 50% advance — are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, project cancellation from the client's side, delays caused by the client (late content, late feedback, unresponsiveness), or disagreements over subjective design preferences after the agreed scope has been delivered.
4. Revisions & Approval
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included until you approve the work. Requests that go beyond the original scope (new pages, new features, redesigns of approved sections) are treated as new work and quoted separately.
5. Project Delays & Client Responsibilities
Delivery timelines (e.g., 3-day websites) begin once the advance is paid and all required content (text, images, logins) is received. Delays in providing content or feedback extend the timeline accordingly. Projects inactive for over 30 days due to client unresponsiveness may be marked closed; resuming them may require a fresh quote.
6. Ownership
Full ownership of the completed website transfers to you after the final payment is received. Until then, all work remains the property of Creative Deep.
7. Questions
Anything unclear? Ask before you pay — I'd rather explain everything upfront than have a misunderstanding later.
