Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all website design, development, hosting and software services provided by Creative Deep. By paying an advance or approving a quote, you accept these terms.

1. Quotes & scope

Every project is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before work begins. The quote lists exactly what is included — number of pages, hosting duration, domain, revisions and support. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately.

2. Payment terms

50% advance payment is required to start work. Your project is scheduled and design begins only after the advance is received. The remaining 50% is due on project completion, before the website goes live and ownership is transferred. Hosting, domain and email add-ons are billed as per the agreed plan.

3. No-refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. Design and development work begins immediately after the advance is received and involves dedicated time that cannot be recovered. In place of refunds, we offer revisions as per your plan (up to unlimited revisions on Business and E-commerce plans) — we keep working until the agreed scope is delivered to specification.

4. Revisions

Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope — layout adjustments, text changes, color and image swaps. The Startup plan includes 5 revisions; Business and E-commerce plans include unlimited revisions during the project. New pages, new features or a change of direction after approval are quoted as additional work.

5. Ownership & delivery

On receipt of the final payment, you own your website — domain, content, design and code. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Creative Deep. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content and materials you provide.

6. Hosting, domain & support

Hosting and domain services run for the period stated in your plan and renew at the then-current rates. Support covers fixes to delivered functionality and reasonable minor content updates for the support period in your plan; it does not cover new features or redesigns. Timelines (typically 2–3 weeks for a 5-page site) start when the advance and all required content are received.

7. Liability

We build every site to current best practices, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or business results. Our total liability under any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
